The life of your dreams
What would it take for your to live the life of your dreams?
Or maybe you are already living the life of your wildest dreams.
If you are not living what you think of as ‘your perfect life’ or ‘the life you deserve’ or ‘the life you thought you’d have, have you asked yourself why?
Why aren’t you living the life you thought you’d have?

I think most people don’t.
And I would put myself in that category. I just thought if I worked hard I’d just get there.
But that’s a bit like saying, “I’m going to get in the car and drive and I’ll just get there.” I mean you need to know where you are going. And then maybe you’d want to know how long it will take you to get there and do you need to stop on the way to refuel.
No plan. No idea about hard work, or even of strategic work. No idea about manifesting and certainly no printable manifestation journal!
It took me a long time to work out how to understand myself better so that I could work out what kind of life I wanted. Some of what I began to learn and understand for myself can be found in these blogs here which I hope you will find useful:

The Manifestation journey
I was VERY sceptical of manifestation when I first heard about it. I thought it all sounded very nice and it might have worked for a couple of people but it wouldn’t work for everyone. I thought it was a form of hype, designed to get us all feeling really excited, but would ultimately totally let us down when our plan for good things and big goals failed to materialise and left us feeling dejected and a little conned.
However, I have changed my mind about manifesting as you can tell from this blog post which includes a printable manifestation journal! And the reason that I changed my mind is this: Because if you are going to achieve a goal of any description, the best way to do it is in the most positive, affirmative frame of mind you are able. You won’t achieve a goal if you don’t think you can achieve it.
Everything I have seen from the likes of Gabrielle Bernstein and the Kathrin Zenkina is totally life affirming, totally ‘you’ affirming. Reading their work made me realise how negative my mindset was.

The Manifestation process
The manifestation process starts with a belief that your thoughts, emotions, and actions can create your reality. The process involves using positive thinking and visualisation techniques to attract and manifest the things you desire in life.
The manifestation process typically involves the following steps:
Clarify your desires:
Get clear on what you want to manifest in your life. Be specific about what you want and why you want it. You can use daily affirmations, journal daily, write down long-term goals every day, keep a list of things that are important for you to create in your life in order to help clarify your desires.
Visualize your desires:
Create a mental image of your desired outcome. Imagine it as if it has already happened and try to experience the emotions associated with it. You could keep a visual journal with images of what you want to achieve, or keep a vision board with the same kind of images in order to help you visualise the wonderful things you want to see in your life.
Believe in your desires:
Believe that your desires are achievable and that you are worthy of them. Release any limiting beliefs or doubts that might prevent you from manifesting your desires. Repeating your daily mantras and journaling daily will help you to create your future life now.
Take inspired action:
Take action towards your desires. Look for opportunities that align with your desires and take steps to move closer to your goals. Create positive energy around your hard work with positive thoughts. Imagine your future self, imagine achieving your goal and make this part of your daily life. Keep believing it until it is a reality in your life.
Receive and express gratitude:
Be grateful for what you have in your life and express gratitude for the things you desire as if you already have them. This helps to attract more positivity and abundance into your life and eliminates negative thoughts. Keep a daily gratitude list or start a gratitude journal.
The manifestation process is a practice that requires patience, persistence, and a positive mindset. It’s important to trust the universe/God and believe that your desires are on their way to you.
The Manifestation method
There is no one perfect way for you to manifest what you want in your life, but I am going to give you some options that you can incorporate into your daily practice.
Option number one:
Positive affirmations are phrases or statements used to train the brain out of a state of negative bias and reprogramme the subconscious mind to expect positive experiences and outcomes.
Each affirmation is a small step towards the ultimate outcome you desire. So keep taking daily small steps until you get to that place.
You can create your own, or use the many different affirmations that you can find online. Affirmations should be written in the present tense and as close to having achieved them as possible. For example, don’t write or say “I will create the life of my dreams”, instead choose “I am creating the life of my dreams” or “I create the life of my dreams”. And of course use positive emotions in your affirmations and avoid phrases like “I stop….” “I won’t…” and “I no longer….”.

- I am capable of achieving great things.
- I am deserving of love and respect.
- I trust my instincts and make wise decisions.
- I am grateful for all the abundance in my life.
- I am confident and self-assured.
- I am strong, both mentally and physically.

- I am in control of my thoughts and emotions.
- I am worthy of success and happiness.
- I am constantly growing and improving as a person.
Option number 2:
Manifestation journal prompts
Manifestation journal prompts are a great way to quickly tap into your conscious and subconscious mind. Here are some manifestation journal prompts for you to make a start. You may like to create your own over time:
- What are my biggest desires and big dreams in life? List them all and prioritize them.
- What limiting beliefs do I have that could be holding me back from manifesting my desires? How can I reframe these beliefs to be more empowering?
- What actions can I take today to move closer to my desired outcomes?
- What steps can I take to cultivate a more positive mindset and energy?
- What does my ideal day look like? Write a detailed description of your perfect day.
- What positive affirmations can I say to myself daily to reinforce my manifestation goals?
- What am I grateful for in my life right now? How can I express more gratitude for the things I already have?
- What fears do I have about manifesting my desires? How can I overcome these fears and trust the process?
- What small steps can I take to incorporate more joy and happiness into my life?
- What lessons have I learned from past manifestations, and how can I apply those lessons to my current desires?
These journal prompts can help you gain clarity, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop a positive mindset to manifest your desires. Remember, consistency is key when it comes to manifestation journaling, so try to make it a daily practice.
Option number 3:
Setting a daily intention
A daily intention is a focused thought or statement that sets the tone for your day and helps you stay aligned with your goals and values. It’s a simple yet powerful tool that can help you stay present, mindful, and motivated throughout the day.
To set a daily intention, follow these steps:
Choose a specific area of your life you want to focus on:
Your daily intention could be related to your work, relationships, health, personal growth, or any other area of your life that you want to prioritize.
Set a positive and specific intention:
Create a positive and specific statement that reflects what you want to achieve or how you want to show up in that area of your life. For example, “Today, I will speak kindly to myself and others” or “Today, I will focus on my top priorities and take action towards my goals.”
Repeat your intention throughout the day:
Say your intention out loud or repeat it silently to yourself throughout the day. Visualize yourself embodying your intention and taking action towards it.
Check in with yourself:
At the end of the day, reflect on how well you embodied your intention and what you could do differently tomorrow to stay aligned with your intention.

Set your intention or revise your existing intention:
Decide what you want to manifest in your life. It can be anything, such as a new job, a relationship, a healthier lifestyle, or more abundance.

You’ll need a poster board, scissors, glue or tape, and magazines or images that represent your goals.
Find images and words that resonate with your goals:
Look for pictures and words that inspire you and represent what you want to manifest. Cut them out and arrange them on the board.
Write positive affirmations that align with your goals and add them to your board. These statements should be in the present tense and should reflect your desire as if it has already happened.
